1. Educational Purpose

The webinar provides education, reflection, and practical family emotional-leadership concepts. It is not:

• Therapy or psychotherapy
• Marriage counselling
• Medical or psychiatric care
• Crisis intervention
• Legal advice
• Emergency or safety support

The webinar does not diagnose any person or relationship.

2. Eligibility

Registration is intended for adults who can legally provide their own consent.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and not register another person without their permission.

3. Live Attendance and No Recording

The webinar is conducted live for 90 minutes. No recording or replay will be provided.

You are responsible for attending at the displayed date and time and for checking your email for access information.

Missing the live webinar does not create a right to a recording, replay, substitute session, compensation, or other resource.

4. Webinar Access

Your access link is intended for your personal use. Do not publish, sell, or distribute the link.

We may restrict or remove access where a participant disrupts the session, harasses others, shares inappropriate content, attempts unauthorised recording, or misuses access details.

5. Pattern Stop Script PDF

The Pattern Stop Script PDF is intended for participants who attend live and meet the announced delivery condition.

Delivery timing and method may be communicated during the webinar or through registered contact details.

The PDF is for personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold, republished, or distributed without written permission.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Individual and family outcomes vary. We do not guarantee:

• A conflict-free home
• A transformed marriage
• Changes in a spouse or child
• Specific emotional, behavioural, or relationship results
• Eligibility or suitability for any future programme

Participants remain responsible for their decisions, actions, communication, and use of the information.

7. Safety and Professional Support

The webinar is not suitable as the primary response to violence, coercion, immediate danger, active addiction, self-harm risk, suicidal crisis, or an acute mental-health emergency.

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency or specialised professional support.

8. Intellectual Property

The webinar content, page copy, graphics, frameworks, videos, PDFs, slides, exercises, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to SuperDads Alliance or Phylliform Innovation unless stated otherwise.

You may not record, reproduce, distribute, republish, teach, sell, modify, or commercially exploit the webinar or materials without written permission.

9. Participant Conduct

Participants must communicate respectfully and protect the privacy of other attendees. Do not:

• Record participants or the webinar
• Share another participant's personal disclosure
• Harass, shame, threaten, or target anyone
• Promote unrelated products or services
• Share unlawful or harmful material
• Disrupt the session

We may remove participants who breach these standards.

10. Technology and Third-Party Services

Webinar delivery may depend on third-party services such as Zoom, WhatsApp, email providers, website hosting, and calendar services.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by a participant's device, internet connection, email filtering, third-party outage, or incorrect registration information.

11. Schedule Changes or Cancellation

We may change the webinar time, presenter, delivery platform, or availability where reasonably necessary.

If a material change occurs, we will attempt to notify registered participants using the contact information provided.

Because registration is free, no refund applies.

12. Optional Programme Invitation

The webinar may include an invitation to explore a paid programme or service.

Registration and attendance do not require a purchase. Any paid offer will be governed by its own description, price, terms, and policies.

13. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SuperDads Alliance, Phylliform Innovation, Santosh Acharya, and their service providers will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from participation in, inability to access, or reliance on the webinar.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Governing Law
