- Promise to stay calm next time
- Control people when afraid

- Create space before reacting
- Begin with what is within your control
- Practise awareness and repair
The goal is not to become perfect. The goal is to become more aware, responsible, and available when pressure rises.

Step 3 — Repair
Repair quickly when you miss the moment, because every parent will miss moments.
Notice → Interrupt → Repair

Santosh Acharya
Family Emotional Leadership Coach
Meet Santosh Acharya
Santosh Acharya is a Family Emotional Leadership Coach, Organisational Psychologist, and Founder of SuperDads Alliance.
After 22 years in engineering, business, and leadership, Santosh made a full-time transition into psychology and coaching in 2016.
His work helps married men and parents understand how emotional pressure, reactions, withdrawal, and inherited patterns shape the atmosphere of their homes.
Santosh believes that providing for a family is important, but provision alone is not emotional leadership. Through practical tools, courses, assessments, and community experiences, he helps parents become calmer, more present, and more trusted by the people they love.
Lead yourself first. Then lead the emotional climate of your home.

Stay Until the End and Receive the Pattern Stop Script
A practical PDF containing three sentences designed to interrupt an emotional spiral while it is happening.
Whether participants later work with Santosh or not, the PDF is theirs for attending the live webinar and staying until the end.
You Should Attend If:
- You are willing to begin with your own behaviour.
- You want practical understanding rather than vague motivation.
- You want to build greater calm and connection at home.
- You are willing to reflect honestly without shaming yourself.
- You are willing to practise small changes consistently.
This Webinar Is Not for You If:
- You only want your spouse or children to change.
- You are looking for techniques to control people.
- You want someone to confirm that every problem is another person's fault.
- You expect one webinar to replace professional care.
- You are unwilling to reflect on your own reactions.
This is an educational webinar. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, crisis intervention, or emergency support. Where there is violence, coercion, immediate danger, active addiction, or an acute mental-health crisis, appropriate specialised support must come first.
